Where do I find these tiles?

I am trying to recreate tiled panels either side of our front door similar to the original ones (before the property was 'modernised' by a previous owner).
I have found 5 tile sets for the centre but am struggling to find some of the smaller tiles around the outside, in particular 3" x 1/2" and 6" x 1 1/2". See the photo for more details.
If anybody out there knows where I can find tiles such as this either around Tyneside or via the internet I would be extremely grateful.
