Everone's banging on about a hung parliament. How do I ensure that I get one Presumably there will be a box on the voting slip that says "Noone in particular, I want a Hung Parliament"

From what I can work out, if the lib dems get 100% of the vote across the whole of the uk, labour will have the majority of seats in parliament
