Where is the bleed valve?

Okay, I know, stupid question ^^'
Here's the problem; upstairs there's only the bottom half of the radiators heating up.

What I'm looking for here is the bleed valve- funnily enough, to bleed it-; all our radiators are single ones and on one side (the left) has the lock shield valve and on the other it has the manual control valve.

Now, in my mind the bleed valve should be on the top corner of the radiator, right? But, I can't see on there :s both sides just contain... Well, the radiator :unsure:

Is the valve somewhere else on the radiator on the single kinds or, essentially, how do I bleed them?? D:

What sooey said, and sometimes they have a white plastic cover which makes them even more difficult to find.
