After a few quotes of way more than I was expecting i have decided to replace my windows my self.
I am a competent diyer if I do say so myself. The glass units are in wooden frames and I have measured the current units at 10 to 11mm thick. With tape and beading that is about the widest I can have in the current frames.
I now need to place an order, I plan to start with just one window, just to make sure I can achieve a professional finish.
I need to get two units 910mm high x 230wide.
Has any one any good suggestions on suppliers. I am in Essex.
