Where to buy screws nuts and washers

Pack of hundred £2.30 - lovely price.

Oh... But I need nuts as well...
Best price £5 for a 1000.

Oh... I need washers as well...!
Can't get a good price on amazon. Best price is on ebay £4 for 1000.

All are UK sellers so get delivery within a few days.

Screwfix, prices are a lot more.
All of the above are delivered.

i thought the answer might either be: there's a better place where builders go (that no one knows of!) or that the stuff off ebay and amazon were poor quality and one should avoid.

They do a screw, nut, washer, hook - pick and mix, fill a bag for £1.99, and you can sure fill that bag!
