Got a random request, I couldn't think of a better place to put it but figured a few petrol heads might have experience with some light mechanical engineering 
I'm looking to get a motorised winder built for a print finishing machine, basically it'd be an arm with a spindle that I could put a tube roll onto and it would wind to collect rolled paper etc onto (ideally, with a speed control to determine how fast it winds).
Could anyone recommend who/what/where I could speak to someone about that?
