Don't know if this helps but they look more like the type of hinges that are usually used on aluminium doors and windows, rather than upvc, so perhaps checking suppliers of those might be a better option. 
A quick google image search shows a few that look very similar, like in the link below, but they all seem to be from China and the Far East.
