I had my delivery of 14 lengths of 3m C16 (45mm x 120mm) last Friday, ready for my garage extension roof, but i wont be able to start for a couple of weeks
The wood is pressure treated and i believe it was kiln dried

Some have a very slight bow which got me thinking, where i should be storing it
Currently, its on some scaffolding at the front of my house so its off the ground, but it does get the sun in the afternoon

So....can anyone confirm the best place to store please so its as straight as possible for when i start my project ?

My garage is not large enough so i only really have :

1 - the lounge (the wife is not impressed that i am considering)
2 - attach some 90 degree brackets on the outside wall of my extension to have it off the floor, it wont get direct rain due to the overhang/soffit and hardly any sun

Any thoughts please ?

Thanks in advance

ok store bow up on bottom layer seven wide on 4 batons with a cover
when installing still bow up so its works in your favour not against you
if any will be cut to shorter length or fixed to structure choose the worst bowed or twisted
