Which Ball Cock Seal

Thank you for your help ...

Is the black round seal in the installed white shut off valve the same as found in the blue one pictured.

There's no penny valve to quickly check - I need to turn the water off at the mains.

Thank you again for your help Chris ... it was the same as you said ... Described as Ball Valve Diaphragm Washers (740FY) 31mm diameter.
