I’m wondering which boiler to get.
I have a heat genius system. 4 bed, 2 bathrooms.
3 large tall double rads in an open plan kitchen / island / snug area. Measuring around 30 meters cube’d

The most important consideration is hot water needs,not heating..2 bathrooms could mean an unvented system suits you better depending on how many people need hot water at the same time...Been discussed many many times in these forums
