Which Dulux White Trade paint?

Looking at painting our kitchen and want to use the light reflective trade paint, however I am not sure which.

- Dulux Light & Space Diamond Matt
- Dulux Trade Light & Space Flat Matt
- Dulux Trade Light & Space Vinyl Matt

I want it to be pure white, but not shiny, which do people recommend. Will be on walls and ceiling.

Wife has used coloured flat matt on the walls and it looks good. Ceiling is standard flat matt white.
Vinyl will give a soft sheen, not sure about diamond as I've never come across it.

I've found Diamond to be a pig to apply evenly, it seems to show roller and brush marks up very clearly.
