Which Flush

Hiya.
Does anyone know what flush this is.
Ive got a major leak into the pan from the flush.
Started over a year managed to stop it for the past 4 months by putting baby oil over it, but i need to sort it for good.
Do i replace a part or the whole thing as ive no idea what make it is.

Thanks so much job done and i totaly get why you shouldnt put anything in your cistern now . I dont think the sealss that bad its just smoothered in gunk. I shall clean it yearly now anyway.
