Which Grass Seed For Patching Lawn?

Our lawn has been treated by Greenthumb for the past year and has just been aerated. It's beginning to look very good, other than the large number of bald patches. So it's time to get some seeds down.

What's the best grass seed to sow? We are based in the South-East.
