Which linseed oil?

My external hardwood sills are due for recoating, I have lost or finished the bottle I used last time. Which is better, boiled or raw?

Boiled.

what's your preference?

in my small town I can also get Teak Oil and Decking Oil (there is also Danish oil which is thinned down for indoor furniture)
