I think you've totally missed the point of what I'm saying. At no point have I been "bleating" and as mentioned several times, I am indeed living in the house.
As stated, freestanding heaters are not doing the job, since as a subsequent poster agreed, the walls are soaking up the heat.
To answer your question, no, I don't want any advice from you - it doesn't actually seem to be that helpful, does it?
