which pressure washer would you get

Hello all,

I work as a general property maintenance service provider, lots of decorating but also involved in loads of other tasks.
Im considering buying a decent enough pressure washer to clean walls before painting externally instead of hiring, just wondering if any of you guys have any recomendations as to what bar capacity i should be looking at and any brands . Obviously dont want to pay a fortune just want to cut out the trip to the hire shop every now and then and have something decent enough to do the job.

Probably not upto what you want but if anyone looking at this thread is interested, just picked up a Karcher K2.130 from Morrisons for £50, tescos were recently selling this at "half price" for £99, they have now dropped to £89 so Morrisons is still a bargain in comparison, I can't even find it that cheap online.

Pretty amazing how well the patio cleaner works!
