Coincidently, I've tried to order a Skil 7435 - which has one of the widest orbits (5mm) and is less than £40 and by all accounts a good unit. It is 320w IIRC
But it seems to be discontinued at most places. The online company has took my money, and I am expecting it tomorrow - but whether they actually have stock is another matter.
Most other makes have a 2-3mm orbit. The only other one I considered was a Metabo one but that was about £70.
The Bosch green ones for about £40-50 (can't recall the model numbers) generally get good reports from users
