Which SDS?

Guys. Would this be any good for occasional use. probably the heaviest job I would use them for is a 16mm hole through a house using a 500mm bit. Also would use to chase out the odd channel for cables etc. (see link)

I know there are better but my funds are limited. Any other suggestions?

Probably a bit heavy for your needs, unless you plan on doing light demolition as well. SF have a £99 DeWalt with free 12v driver, you could always sell the driver, you probably get £30-£40 on eBay for it.
