which sink please

cream, white, coloured and even mottled gray composite sinks show brown staines from tea and coffee, red stains from ketchpup and curry, and grey or black marks from metal utensils.

I wouldn't have another.

BTW I would strongly recommend a sink-and-a-half with drainer rather than a single sink. Where else are you going to empty the teapot and rinse things while you are washing up?

Yes, the 'ketchpup' can be a menace  You have to try to keep him out of the kitchen. Seriously, though, John D is right about stains, but if you don't let them lie and use oxygen bleach (never chlorine) on the sink you can keep on top of them.

bleach doesn't shift the black scuffs from metal utensils :(

my next one will be heavy stainless

for some reason the very heavy sinks used in hotels and restaurants go grey not silvery :(
