Which tape with film is good?

It’s fine though cheaper to just use a disposable plastic dust sheet .
They work, but unless you have the dispensing tool, I too would recommend a disposable dust sheet and masking tape.
BTW, the tops of wardrobes are often dusty, you may, or may not need to remove the dust to help the tape stick.

I like the kip drop cloth one from SF actually, perfect length of plastic sheet to protect a window, or a kitchen worktop and cupboard doors beneath it
