Which tiles? Stone, Porcelene or ceramic

I have just had my loft converted and need to tile the four walls and floor in the ensuite bathroom. We are looking at a Travertine tile and the wife has spotted one she likes TRAVERTINE GRADE A TILE 30.5X45.7CM.

What is the best option here Stone, Porcelene or Ceramic?
