Which trade?

I have a leak in the back wall of my tenement flat. It is not clear where the water is coming in. There are three different wet areas. There are pipes outside but no obvious problem with them. We have checked the pipes under the floor of the upstairs flat and they are dry.

My question is which trade do I call to come and investigate, a builder, plumber or damp expert? Where do I start?

Do you have some photos of where the water ingress is?

Is this below a kitchen, bathroom, radiator etc?

Checked the outside wall for leaks from the gutters or downpipes?
