I just moved house. When moving the whirlpool AMW 6100 front load washing machine, I install the bolts as required in the instrution manual. However the bolts were missing when the washing machine was delivered to the new place. I am not sure whether they were lost during the removalist moving it or it was loose and stuck inside of the machine as the bolt holes on the back of the machine are pretty big. After connect water and eletricity and switch on the machine, I can hear water flow in, but the metal bucket (to hold clothes and water when washing) is not moving at all! what should I do? can anyone help me?
