Whirlpool AWM 328 Fills with water then stops

Hi, I have a Whirlpool front loader washing machine AWM328. On a normal wash programme (number 3) the machine fills with water then stops

. Any suggestions (sensible ones that is) would be appreciated.

If your drum rotation is ok (it would normally rotate gently as machine is filling) then the next thing to suspect is the heater open circuit.
