I have a dishwasher that keeps going back to the pre wash cycle and beeps and the light flashes 11 times. The water is pumped out, I have tried cleaning the filter and pouring hot water down, any ideas to what the problem is and how I can rectify it?

The error code indicates a problem with the optical water indicator.
Inside the black grid in the bowl there is a lens that may need cleaning.
If it's clean then it can be either a faulty water indicator, problem with the wiring or the pcb may be faulty.
