Hi, I have a whirlpool AWM865 washing machine. It will not spin but i can feel resistance when i manually turn drum so think belt is ok. When i put it on spin mode, it makes a noise like its going to start spinning but does not actually start ramping up speed, (just keeps sounding like motor
is going at a constant slow speed but no drum turning). After searching through forums, i have hopefully narrowed it down to either:
a) motor brushes
b) speed control pcb
c) pressure switch
Can anyone please advise on any tests to confirm above parts are suspect?
