Whistling Boiler

Hey

Got a Sauvier duval thelia 23 boiler.

Over the last 2 days it has began whistling when hot water is on full blast. I lowered pressure which has made the whistling quieter and less fequent.

Does it mean it's on it's way out, or is it worth saving?

Not to clued up, please help

how old is boiler? what is the colour of the water in the system

not sure how old...been here 4 years and i haven't changed it.

water has a light brown tinge to it.

is water still getting hot? does it only do its noise when the hot water is on or heating as well

water is still getting hot.

no noise when the heating is on, only when hot water is running.

possibly sludged and causing noise on a high gas rate but ok on heating, best get a corgi guy into check it
