Just moved into a new home and I cannot seem to get my hot water 'hot' unless i run the water flow at a very low level(takes an age just to run a bath though). Also my boiler 'whistles' like a kettle when the water finally gets hot and an intermittent banging noise can be heard. I understand, from other posts on the forum, that the whistling noise could be because of the low water flow but I have no option but to operate it like this if I want hot water. My central heating is fine, heats up no problem and with no noise. Any ideas as to why I cant get my water hot unless I run it at a low level? any simple adjustments I could try?
