White dimmer knobs - where can I get them

Hi all
Does anyone know where I can get hold of these? I want to swap the silver coloured ones on my dimmer switch (the supplier failed to do this, despite me asking!).

I've searched the web, but no luck. Do I really have to buy 2 cheap dimmer switches just to get my knobs? (no chuckling at the back, there)

Anyway, have checked out your recommendations, but all the knobs seem to be black (or with coloured stripes) - more for electronic equipment than for light switches.

I'll keep searching
