Hi,
Was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on the best matt emulsion paint to use on a bedroom ceiling

I always use to use the 10ltr tubs of crown and it use to cover decently with a faultless finish but lately it’s absolutely awful, no matter what you do it’s all patchy and the reviews on the Dulux don’t look much better either

Thanks

Do you smoke? Any wood-burners, candles etc?

When was it last done?

How old is the house?

How many coats?

I use Leyland trade contract matt.

Really good coverage, reasonable cost and nice finish. It goes on a little dirty looking but dries to an even brilliant white.

I use Delux Matt White, £22 for a big tub in B&Q.
Just bought another this weekend. Really needed a smaller tub - but last I used I opened in April, used about half, and closed. Was still good this year.
