hi.

A couple of months after tiling we still have a white haze on tiles.

We have tried bicarbonate soda, white vinegar. General cleaning stuff and it's not working.

What's the best product to remove it

Dry coarse cloth and elbow grease, do not wet. The bloom acts as a polish when buffed.

Tried. No luck:(

Have you actually tried a scotchbride ? I don't mean one of those household non scratch scourers ?

if so and still no luck, I would have a tiler call out and give you a price to rectify it, When I was an apprentice way back in 1978 an old portugese tiler once told me that A dodgy tiling job can be made to look decent by good grouting, but a fantastic tiling job can be made to look like rubbish with bad grouting, and that is so true.

Just out of curiosity, what are the tiles made from, natural stone ? ceramic ??
