Does anyone know if there is anyway to whiten silicone sealant in a shower that has gone black without having to remove all the silicone and start again.

Depend how deep the mould is,

Neat domestic bleach on a toothbrush then rinse thoroughly or use a fungicidal wash such as Dax Fungo or Rentokil Mould Cure.

The only way to stop mould is to wipe the shower cubicle walls as you leave !!!! and leave the door or curtains open so air can circulate.
