Who do I sue?

I used some non-slip tile adhesive in my bathroom. I walked in yesterday and slipped and hurt my knee. Do I sue the manufacturer or the shop that sold it to me?

Non-slip is for walls so if you slipped on the floor, you haven't got a leg to stand on.

u need to put non-slip tiles over ur non-slip tile adhesive,eek
