Who's Responsibility is This?

Quick Question

I'm getting a loft conversion done soon

In the drawing, the architect has specified that the builder is to 'install bridging lintels over existing windows at first floor level to support new dormer'

Is this is the responsibility of the Builder of the loft conversion or is this a separate job, which I need to arrange myself with another builder?

Its specified that the builder does it.,

Having said that its craply specified as who knows what lintels should be used? Clearly your architect doesn't, so how is the builder supposed to know?
