OK found it, but it is there on the Greek page while the ² and ³ and µ are on the Latin page

Could we not have a page of science symbols

Well an Ω is of course a Greek letter so that is ( kind of ) logical.

But it is also an electronics unit "as well".

Tony, I am not aware of any electronics unit called the 'Omega'. The ohm is represented by the greek letter Omega, in a similar way that the prefix of greek letter mu (μ) indicates 'micro'.
