With my pair of high powered binoculars from a particular window, I can watch Janet undress & change into the casuals she wears later in t'pub.

I know that she knows this, she occasionally waves.

I doubt that I could ever live anywhere else & not enjoy this simple pleasure.

Those must be really high-powered binoculars to see across your vast estate; past the moat, formal gardens laid out out by Capability Brown, ha-ha and deer park into neighbouring properties.
