why does the water run look warm frommy alpha cd28 boiler

The water runs hot hot when the pressure is greatly reduced but look warm when the taps are fully open, any help suggestions greatfully recieved. no problem with the heating

Boiler can only supply a given temperature rise at a given flow rate. ie 40 deg c @ 10 litres a minute, therefore if the incoming temp of the cold water is 5 deg c you will get 45 @ 10lpm, if the incoming temp is 15 you will get 55 @ 10 lpm. This is the max the boiler can produce so if you attept to run 20 lpm you can expect the temperature to roughly half.

cheers, i did try and restrict the flow into the boiler but it didnt have much effect. is there any part fault that could effect it?
