WIAPS approved plumber. Replacing old lead service pipe

Greetings all,

I need the mains water supply/service pipe replacing from the water co. valve in the pavement through to the stop-cock in the house.

United Utilities will connect to the new service pipe FOC once its been installed by a WIAPS plumber/groundworker.

My problem...finding WIAPS plumbers to quote. Been on the WIAPS list but no-one is interested.

I'm in liverpool....anyone in the area wanna quote.

You can get any one you like to replace the pipe, it just means if they're not WIAPS approved then you have to call UU to inspect the pipe before you bury it.
Have you tried Mole Engineering in the Wirral?

Are you sure it has to be a WAIPS plumber/groundworker.
A couple of years back I laid new pipe in accordance with United Utilities requirements. They inspected the installation and made the FOC connection.
