Wickes Deccado bathroom cabinet

I need to access the toilet cistern that has been fitted behind a Wickes Deccado bathroom cabinet. The information I can find on-line says:

The toilet unit features a hinged upper panel for easy cistern servicing and comes with a glazed ceramic pan with a soft close seat, and a WRAS-approved concealed cistern with a chrome flush button

However, I can not seem to find how to open the supposedly hinged upper panel (where the toilet flush button is located). I can feel a slight movement in the panel and have tried pushing and pulling but no luck.

Can anyone help me please?
