Width of rubber stud roll flooring.

I'm looking to put rubber stud flooring down in my bathroom. I'f I can use one piece of sheet, then I won't need to tank the whole thing and then I'd save loads of money. The widest I've found is 1400mm, any bigger out there?
Would I have to tank at all if I use 500mm tiles with Poly Eurethane adhresive?
This would all be going down on 23mm T&G boards.
I'm reluctant to use the tiles due to the tanking issue, but I'm told that the sheet flooring doesn't align with the studs very well. Not sure about that though. Roomsize 2.4x2.8

you can get stud "effect" vinyls upto 4 meter wide.

Best to visit local flooring shops. The big places wont have this
