Hmm. Don't know about its strength. All I know is that it is showing on devices as only one or at best, 2 bars. Go upstairs on the same side of the manor house, I mean humble dwelling and you get 4.

It sounds as if one of your repeaters isn't working. I don't know if there's a way to test them.
