I need to install something using shield anchor bolts on a monoblock driveway. I only have a Dewalt 18v combi hammer drill. Will this be able to drill the 12mm holes required? Thanks

I would work up in size, easier on you and the drill.

what's being anchored down? Will a Monoblock drive cope?

It’s a parking post, we have an area for residents to park with allocated spaces. Due to our location we get a lot of randoms trying to park there so most people are now installing parking posts.

I would plan not to get too close to the edge of a block, shield anchors exert quite a bit of expansive force if you dog them up

You need to remove a few blocks, dig it out, fill of concrete and then install your post you don’t need a drill , you can drop the bolts in before concrete sets
