Will a screeded mortar floor cope outside?

I have a new build porch which is open to the elements entirely on one side.
I want the super smooth finish of a mortar screed -100mm deep , rather that the bobbly effect of tamped concrete.

Will the screed be ok outside ?

No, mortar screed isn't supposed to be a wearing finish, inside or outside.

You either need floated concrete or tiles...
