I'm planning a concrete driveway and have selected to use Dek Drain's aluminium edge "Slot Drain" drainage channels.
I've checked the manufacturer's website, and although they don't say much about using it with concrete their installation guide shows two examples, one with block paving which achieves A15 load rating, and one using concrete (where the image suggests the concrete is in contact with the aluminium edge) which achieves a higher B125 load rating.
However, when I ask Google AI it says that concrete reacts negatively with aluminium.
So is this 'aluminium edge' product suitable to use with a concrete driveway?
