I'd advise going to screwfix and buying yourself a water pressure gauge, and order yourself a flow gauge from fleabay as well. £32 well spent. You will then be well equipped to discover your standing water pressure, and dynamic pressure, as well as the true flow rate into your house. Alternatively, find a plumber who can do this for you, but it'll probably cost you more than the kit unless he thinks he might get a job out of it.
