Hi, I've got a large bottom opening window that has dropped, I assume it's probably the hinge that's worn ?
I dont fancy replacing the hinge as it's a heavy window quite high up.

Is there any adjustment I can make ?
Thanks

You would need to ensure you're buying the correct size, however a couple of riser blocks fitted to the bottom of the frame might help the opener locate more easily into the frame? Here's what I mean but if you Google window riser block you'll find loads of sites selling them.

They don't cost a lot and you might find whilst it's not fixing the dropped opener as such, it might suffice in ensuring the opener can be closed? Fit one towards the right and one to the left.
