Hey is there any problem of having a window (frosted). In the showering area above the bath the window will all be tiled, it isn't at the minute. its a upvc window so no wood. T View media item 84663

Fine go ahead and tile using appropriate adhesive and grout for wet conditions. Have a very faint slope on the cill tiles - this will prevent pooling on the cill.

Could try giving the cills a slope so that any water clears and get a squeegee to get the bulk off after each shower - good idea to squeegee anyway.

Thanks and is it ok to tile the top of the window by putting a tiling batten across. Will these tiles stay in place once removed, and not fall off in to the bath.

Yes, go ahead and tile the soffit of the window reveal - construct what is sometimes called a centre. Wedge the tiles up and release the centre after a few hours.

So I can tile the top of the window were there will be nothing underneath to hold the tiles in place. Do I need special adhesive for this?
