A customer has newish windows installed by a "bloke".

He did not give her all keys or if he did they were not the correct ones.

She does have one key which only fits one window. It is a double sided key with an "H" symbol inside a Hexagon.

Whats the name of the maker? How many differs are they?

At a guess the maker is 'Hoppe', not sure they make espag handles though, only tilt n turn, if you can't find any keys from the above link then you'll need new handles as each one will come with a key in the packet.

But having said that, sometimes the fabricators screw the key into the glass apputure or to the outside of the frame, bet the installer just fitted without checking and now is loads of keys short

She is inclined to go to a "bloke" for a cash job and she is also disorganised and may have lost the keys herself. Its odd she has two keys for only one window.

They are well made and well installed.

I will look at the links above later.

Thanks
