Window Latch? Identification - images included

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help my identify the type of what i think would be called a window latch.

When i bought my property it included an extra internal sliding window to reduce noise pollution.

It uses 2 latches to close them tight to further reduce noise, however one of them has broken and now just slides off.

Does anyone know what type they are or a name for them so I can locate replacements.
