Yep and theres no trade discount on that. Bay will be 3 windows (£600+vat) + baypoles and cill welding £200+vat. Plus extra for any bars in the glass and furniture other than white so looking at around £800-900+vat trade cost price per bay.
Plus £45 delivery.

And those ones come premade in the factory all in one so they are a major pain to survey and install, Especially if they are upstairs!
I just fitted my first one and charged £1600ish, It will be £2k+ for any future ones!

Mistakes can easily be made or a customers request can be misinterpreted.
Surely a description of work along with the number of windows, layouts etc was sent to you to confirm??
They were indeed but in the contract it states 3 windows which is the same as what we stated (3 windows - 2 bays and 1 window).

The company has gotten back to us confirming the mistake and given us the options of a refund for the windows already ordered or pay an additional 2k to get the other windows ordered...

If you requested 3 windows, 2 bays and 1 window, surely you would of queried the 3 windows stated in the contract?

No as the overall quote was for 21.5k and and the windows was a revised quote prior to the final quote being agreed upon...
The difference between the initial quote without the windows and with the windows was 3.7k!

The windows he is asking us to pay for are now £500 inc VAT per window and £200 to install each bay and £100 for a single window...
